Where does the consultation happen?
In my private 1-on-1 studio at The Loft Salon Studio in West Springfield, MA. It’s just you and me—no walk-ins, no audience, no rushed timing.
Is the consultation required before extensions?
Yes. I don’t install extensions without a consultation. It protects your hair and your investment. We need to look at your starting point, goals, and maintenance reality before we commit.
Will I get exact pricing during the consult?
You’ll get a clear price range based on your hair, your goals, and the method we choose. No surprises. You’ll also see the maintenance schedule so you know the full commitment, not just the first visit.
What if extensions aren’t right for me?
